Disappointed in how they took my time and effort so lightly here. Had an appointment at this location and they could not service me because they blamed ANOTHER Best Buy because this location apparently does not pick up their own calls or book their own appointments. The car technician that was suppose to install a car starter in my car was not able to service me during my appointment because he was worried that he would not be able to service the appointment that was right after me. I must have looked or seemed not important enough. So then he wanted to reschedule me but not the following appointment, why? I have no clue. He was also smoking a electronic cigerette upon my arrival into the Best Buy garage which was reassuring that this guy wasn't going to be doing that in my car. Manger there apologized for the situation and did not do a thing about it. I got this amazing product for a wonderful price but ended up returning it because no matter of how great of a deal it was, Best Buy will have one less returning customer to any of the Best Buy location ever again. Joliet, Aurora, and Oswego Best Buy has hands down the most horrible customer service anyone has to offer. Always blaming one store and complaining how an employee screwed them up which leads to screwing the customer up. You can't even reach Corporate to speak with them because they take consumers so lightly. Best Buy needs to work on their work ethics and professionalism. Don't waste your time here. This location has bad rating for a reason.
